Does this replace CalJOBS?
No. CalJOBS is still required for many programs. We're an additional channel—a way to get your employers' jobs in front of more local eyes. Think of us as a supplement, not a replacement.
How do you make money if it's free right now?
Right now we're focused on building volume and credibility. Once we're established, Worknet employers get 50% off (instead of full price). Non-Worknet employers pay standard rates. We also offer premium features that some employers pay for.
What if an employer is already on 209.works?
If they signed up through your Worknet program, they're already set up with the free/discounted pricing. If they signed up on their own, we can convert their account once you verify they're a Worknet employer.
